Our School

St Matthew’s is a two-form entry primary school offering provision from Nursery through to Year 6, ensuring a smooth, consistent journey for every child throughout their primary years. Our bright, welcoming, single-level building is fully accessible for all pupils and visitors, helping everyone feel safe, included and part of our school community.

Our school is set within beautiful grounds, giving children plenty of space to play, explore and learn outdoors. We are proud of our outdoor areas, which support active play, quiet reflection and hands-on learning. Our Forest School provision is a special part of school life, offering regular opportunities for pupils to build confidence, develop teamwork and develop a love of nature through outdoor activities and exploration.
